In-dept Interviews (IDIs) are structured 1-on-1 dialogues between the researcher and the participant. Participants are asked for their opinions, preferences, and experiences related to the client's product. IDIs may be conducted in person or remotely. User Inspired typically conducts IDIs in conjunction with other research methods.
