Purpose

You are requesting to participate in an online research study. In this study, you will be asked questions

regarding your life and the activities you do online. The purpose of this study is to learn from you. We

will not be NOT evaluating you or your capabilities.

Information Collected

During the Research Study, you will be asked to answer questions and upload screen recordings

demonstrating how you use do things online. If selected for a follow-up interview, the interview will be

recorded, including audio and video. The information you provide, along with the information we collect

from other participants, will be used by User Inspired’s client to improve its product design. You agree

that User Inspired’s client can use the information you provide and that they will own any material,

change in their business and change to their website, app, and/or technology that are created or made

using the information you provide.

Waiver

Your Research Study responses, videos, and interview (if selected to participate) will be recorded. By participating, you give your consent to User Inspired LLC and its client to use your text responses, voice,

verbal statements, and videotaped image for research and communication purposes. All video, audio,

and text responses will remain confidential to User Inspired and its client.

Confidentiality

Any information you acquire relating to User Inspired’s client during this study is confidential and

proprietary and is being disclosed solely for the purposes of your participation in this study. By participating you acknowledge that you will not disclose this information.

Freedom to withdraw

You may withdraw from this study at any time. If you withdraw from the study before completing all

assigned tasks, you will not receive the full compensation amount, but instead will receive a pro-rated

compensation amount commensurate with the percentage of tasks you completed.​​
